1. When we you visit our website, we may use cookies to allow the site to function correctly. as well as other functional and performance cookies. These help us to measure audiences and improve the perfomance of our website.
2. admoai’s advertising services are designed to protect user privacy. admoai is acting on behalf of our clients as a data processor and does not store client data. Therefore, this notice may need to be read in conjunction with our clients’ privacy notices which will contain all the information you need about how they use your data and your rights. We only use necessary cookies and pseudonymised information (which is
   information that does not directly identify you) to serve interest-based ads.

Our clients may also collect information that they choose to pass to us either directly through our Ad Services or through application programming interfaces (APIs), when our Ad Services connect to their systems. This data allows us to make ads more relevant and also permits our clients to segment their target audiences but we are still acting on their behalf and do not use this data for our own purposes.

As an admoai client, you will have access to a data dashboard to view ad performance in real-time.

International Transfers

We are a UK based company but some of our functions and the service providers we use to support us are based in locations where the data protection laws do not offer the same protection as the UK. In these circumstances, we will take steps to protect your data and ensure that any international data transfer meets our obligations under UK Privacy and Data Protection laws.

Where an international transfer impacts on the personal data of our Clients, we will always seek their approval before their data is transferred.
